Stress and anxiety can be a big problem for millions of people across the world every single day. Taking time off from work and setting limits may be able to significantly reduce stress by making yourself feel much more relaxed, calm and collected. Taking time off from work will create more free time to enjoy life and not stress on the little things at work. Setting limits off how much work I do in a single period of time helps reduce stress for me so I don't get overwhelmed and create more anxiety for myself. just as this article professes, we need to make time for ourselves, free time , and relaxation time so we don't have to much anxiety and stress over a job or other stressful activities. In the future I believe more and more people are going to learn for themselves the best way to cope with stress because it is something we all will counter in our lives.
