Embracing change, being confident, and embracing failure are the three points I connect with in this article because they are the three things that I need to work on most to better myself. I believe that working on these three things will ultimately lead me to be more mentally tough. After asking my Uncle Joe he said he connected to saying no, embracing failure, and being relentlessly positive. He said he needs to work on saying no in which he agrees with people to much, and being relentlessly positive even in the worst of situations. I believe we can all learn from this article to learn how to be more mentally tough, successful, and happy in life.

good job on this post.. some good self-reflection points you got here too. Always look to improve in areas that are under your control.. all throughout life. :-) Make sure you thank your uncle for his help in this too.
